Senior Accounting Manager

Olema Oncology, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial accounting skills and experience in the life science industry.

Skills

CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles
Experience with ERP systems and financial software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Manage accounting, finance, and reporting activities
Oversee procure to pay, payroll, and financial reporting processes
Lead internal control compliance and audit preparation
Drive financial reporting processes and maintain accounting policies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required
CPA preferred
