Job Description

Olsson's Facility Engineering and Design Team is at the forefront of engineering innovation, providing comprehensive services for the healthcare market.  As a Project Manager on Olsson's Facility Engineering Design Team, you'll lead large multi-disciplinary projects.  Duties for this role includes meeting with key clients, leading multiple technical teams through design, and managing project financials.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management for complex, high-priority projects across multiple teams.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; track progress to ensure financial success and timely completion.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as the primary liaison between all project parties.
  • Lead execution of project plans by managing teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor progress, manage change requests, execute risk management, and maintain quality standards.
  • Foster ongoing positive relationships with clients, focusing on exceptional service to secure future work.
  • Mentor staff on project management best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability in managing projects and client relationships.
