Webull Financial LLC is a FINRA registered broker dealer, we provide online investing platform for retail investors, products include global market data, news and trading in US equities, listed options and crypto currencies. We are looking for a talented financial service professional in the St. Petersburg area to be part of our Omnibus Operations team.

What We Are Looking For & General Responsibilities

• Hands-on senior manager familiar working in a startup who enjoys building a world class clearing platform from ideation to final product.
• Design, implement, and document new operational procedures where needed.
• Develops tools and resource guides to simplify training material for brokerage professionals on the new platform.
• Eliminate tedious processes with automated workflows.
• Reconciliation expert - High level excel skills for recons.
• 15c3-3 segregation and margin rehypothecation expert.
• Knowledgeable in margin regulations including Reg-T, Reg SHO, and Option requirements.
• Well-rounded clearing background covering a range of knowledge centers including equity, option, ACAT, & ACH settlement, clearing accounting, margin & option clearing functions, and regulatory matters
• Collaboration-focused leader with experience excelling across remote, overseas, and local offices

Requirements

• Series 24
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in relevant field
• Vast experience in omnibus or self-clearing
• Experience with multiple clearing systems including Broadridge, Beta, FIS, IHS
• Prior production experience working at a retail broker dealer
