We’re hiring an Organic Growth Strategist to architect and produce organic growth strategies that drive bottom-line business results. Your goal is to create measurable growth opportunities for clients and drive the execution of these projects, often in partnership with an Editorial counterpart.
This is the perfect role for someone experienced in SEO, content marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation and with a penchant for client and project management. Experience in-house or agency-side working with B2B tech companies preferred.

Understand the 360º view of each client's industry, business, product, and audience, and apply this knowledge to organic growth strategy, content, conversion optimization, and data analysis projects.
Collaborate with your Editorial counterpart to co-manage your portfolio and ensure clients receive high-quality deliverables aligning with your strategic vision.
Work directly with growth and marketing executives at B2B tech companies, advising on organic growth opportunities and collaborating with internal growth teams.
Build reporting dashboards, set targets, forecast business impact, and track performance and learnings from all client accounts.
Analyze changes in organic traffic and conversions and communicate project wins, challenges, and insights to clients and internal teams.
Work with your fellow strategists to experiment with and fine-tune new strategies and tactics to bring our clients success.
Strategize with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, and Keywords Everywhere; manage projects with tools like Notion, Airtable, Loom, Slack, and Google Drive.
You understand and are curious about business. While you’re an SEO and growth strategy expert, you know and can effectively communicate to executive stakeholders how a successful SEO strategy translates to business impact.
You’re comfortable defining and owning a strategic roadmap, as well as the execution of the roadmap. You can work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive progress and achieve goals.
You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role embodies both Lead Strategist and Account Manager — a unique position compared to other agencies. You’ll serve as the “quarterback” for your portfolio: calling the shots, delegating to analysts, and rallying the team around a shared vision for each client.
You know enough about technical SEO to be dangerous, and/or you’re willing to learn more on the job to ensure your clients’ organic growth programs can succeed.
You learn from your mistakes and develop new skills and competencies. You’re agile, you learn as you go, and you ask for/give help when needed. You “make the road by walking.”
You are comfortable taking full ownership of your projects and working in a performance-driven environment. You ruthlessly prioritize the most impactful work for the client and the business.

You’re organized and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple projects and responsibilities with multiple people at once. FYI, the passcode is ‘SEO rocks.’
You're a strong verbal and written communicator. You can present to executives (CEOs, CMOs, and VPs) and dive into the details with other SEO and growth professionals and analysts. You can operate at 30,000 feet and 500 feet.
You’ll learn how to architect, execute, and communicate growth strategies at an executive level.
You’ll build programs that leverage SEO, content marketing, conversion optimization, and demand generation to generate business results for multiple fast-growing and often well-known tech companies.
You’ll hone your executive presence and communication skills and feel comfortable and confident presenting to and pitching C-suite executives.
