Position Description:
Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner. Read and locate guest's seat location from ticket stub and escort guests to their seats. Circulate through venue to assist guests. Assist in emergency evacuation procedures.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
Must be able to navigate stairs and perform duties in low- to no-lighting situations.
Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to effectively carry out duties in and around large crowds/groups of people.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
