Senior Site Manager - E-commerce

An Egyptian Beauty platform is looking for a detail-oriented and expert Senior Site Manager to join our E-commerce team. In this role, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of our online presence, ensuring that our e-commerce platform functions efficiently and provides an optimal user experience for customers. Your leadership will guide the team in leveraging technologies and best practices to maximize sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of the e-commerce site, ensuring the seamless user experience through effective implementation of web functionalities.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance website performance, product information, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor site performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights based on data to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies for site optimization, ensuring compliance with best practices in SEO, UX/UI design, and site speed.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly.
• Oversee budget and forecasting for site development projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular reviews of site performance against KPIs and suggest improvements based on current marketing trends and customer feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in E-commerce management, with a focus on site operations and optimization.
• Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and user-centric design principles.
