OnBase Business Analyst/Developer

Data-Core Systems a consulting, services, and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for an Onbase Business Analyst/Developer in the Consulting Services Division.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Understand each process, and document requirements by working with the business and other stakeholders
• Design, develop, and test OnBase solutions, processes, and system changes, and implement the changes and enhancements as requested
• Perform system and application administration functions related to the OnBase system
• Provide documentation and Knowledge Transfer on all work performed
• Assist the client’s Application Support team and Service Desk to assure the OnBase system is working as needed by the client
• Assist with Knowledge Articles related to the use and support of the OnBase functionality
• Facilitates meetings with business leaders to elicit requirements or other pertinent information required to complete assigned tasks or project
• Demonstrates exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exhibits experience visually modelling the information obtained during elicitation meetings
• Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope
• Performs project management duties for the planning and requirement gathering phases of projects
• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients
• Completes projects consistent with the client and PMO guidelines
• Work at the direction of the CBS Enterprise Development Supervisor

Preferred skills include:

• OnBase Certified API Developer
• OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator
• OnBase Certified System Administrator
• OnBase Certified WorkView Administrator
• OnBase integrations with SAP ArchiveLink experience
• Document Import Process (DIP) experience
• Unity form configuration and development experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• An equivalent combination of education/certification and experience may be considered instead of a degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of OnBase expertise as a developer on projects of various sizes and subject matter.
