Onboarding Excellence Working Student(x/f/m)

Our Onboarding Excellence Team in Berlin is looking for a working student. Working at Doctolib, you will support your colleagues with administrative tasks, help with onboarding and deal with process optimization within the department.

Your mission

• You support our Onboarding Excellence Team in all administrative processes related to our customers
• You maintain and update our customer data in CRM (Salesforce)
• You ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
• You support the team in work coordination by helping to implement new tools and processes
• You will help us to identify and implement optimization potential for the processes within the Operations Department of Doctolib.

Your profile
You could be our next team mate if you:

• are currently enrolled in the field of economics, health management or a similar course of study
• are available for about 20 hours per week
• are enthusiastic about the topic of healthcare and would like to gain a good insight into the industry
• are solution driven, detail oriented and have a technical affinity - ideally you have already worked with Salesforce
• have an independent and proactive way of working and enjoy working in a team
• have a very good level of German and English, both written and spoken
