We are looking for an Onboarding Experience Specialist (all genders) to join the Onboarding Experience team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!

Your mission:

  • You are creating an amazing newbie experience by acting as the co-owner of the communication of the onboarding program for Tech and Product Delivery Hero SE

  • You are drafting & leading an engaging learning journey (live sessions, reading material, emails)

  • You manage the logistics of the Tech and Product onboarding program and process for our internal stakeholders and involve them in the onboarding process

  • You organize and facilitate the global T&P onboarding program

Your heroic skills:

  • You gained at least 3+ years of work experience in people operations, software engineering, or another comparable field

  • You grasp complex technical concepts quickly and can explain them with ease

  • You speak “tech” and “business” and can understand how a complex tech stack can impact and drive business growth

  • You enjoy developing, facilitating, and leading training sessions

  • You have a proven track record of improving the quality of content

  • You have superior attention to detail

  • You are fluent in English in both written and verbal communication (Turkish is a plus)

  • You have a creative approach to problem-solving with a hands-on mentality

  • You are able to collaborate with multiple business and technical stakeholders at various levels
