We are looking for an Onboarding Experience Specialist (all genders) to join the Onboarding Experience team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:
You are creating an amazing newbie experience by acting as the co-owner of the communication of the onboarding program for Tech and Product Delivery Hero SE
You are drafting & leading an engaging learning journey (live sessions, reading material, emails)
You manage the logistics of the Tech and Product onboarding program and process for our internal stakeholders and involve them in the onboarding process
You organize and facilitate the global T&P onboarding program
Your heroic skills:
You gained at least 3+ years of work experience in people operations, software engineering, or another comparable field
You grasp complex technical concepts quickly and can explain them with ease
You speak “tech” and “business” and can understand how a complex tech stack can impact and drive business growth
You enjoy developing, facilitating, and leading training sessions
You have a proven track record of improving the quality of content
You have superior attention to detail
You are fluent in English in both written and verbal communication (Turkish is a plus)
You have a creative approach to problem-solving with a hands-on mentality
You are able to collaborate with multiple business and technical stakeholders at various levels
