Onboarding Specialist DACH

Convious is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam! Convious is providing the best SAAS in the experience economy, serving attractions like Zoo's, Theme Parks, Wellness Venues, Museums and more. With a truly data-driven approach, we offer solutions for the whole customer journey and help venues to improve their visitors’ online experience. We are growing rapidly and looking for new talents.

What You’ll Learn And Do

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will take the lead in the onboarding process of our partner. You will become an expert in our software solution, support our existing partners on a daily basis, and work hand in hand with your colleagues from Customer Successes. You will need a problem-solving mindset, a "get things done" mentality, and a passion for tech.

You will collaborate with your colleagues from product and development and make sure that our partners benefit from new features. In a nutshell, you will:

• 
  Taking care of the configuration of new and existing customers in our software.

• Troubleshoot issues with our product

• Provide second-line support to partners

• Contributeing to the continuous development of our software

• Collaborate flexible with different teams and across functions

What we are looking for:

• You have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's degree

• You have an eye for detail and are a perfectionist when it comes to planning and executing tasks

• You take ownership and are not afraid of responsibility

• You are proactive, organized, a team player and have outstanding communication skills

• You are fluent in English and German or Dutch (both verbal and written); ideally native UK, DACH, or NL

• Experience with HTML, CSS and basic web development is a big plus
