Advanced Practice Provider - Astera Cancer Care
Astera Cancer Care is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join their outpatient Palliative Care team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical nursing care, particularly in Palliative Care and Oncology.

Responsibilities
- Perform office-based and telemedicine palliative care visits
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care expectations
- Facilitate patient and family decision making
- Monitor patient responses to treatment
- Educate healthcare team members about palliative care
Education
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's program
- Board Certification as NP-C or PA-C
