We are a fast-growing startup backed by General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, and Y Combinator. We see an incredible opportunity to be the de-facto data transfer platform for all industries that run on CSV files (hint: it’s all of them).
We have an ambitious, intense, and fast-paced culture at OneSchema. Beyond any specific skills you have today, we believe that the motivation and obsession with problem solving are the most important characteristics you’ll bring to this role. You'll work with our world-class Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to drive the adoption of OneSchema’s industry-leading data import platform. The ability to operate autonomously is an absolute must. With this level of autonomy, you’ll have the chance to learn in one week what it would take months to learn elsewhere.
Compensation is competitive - we expect employees to act like owners and make sure their equity stake reflects that. Our work culture is hybrid, and this role will be based in our SF HQ office 5x per week.
This GTM Strategy position OneSchema will be an extremely high-impact, cross-functional role entrusted with a large level of ownership. You will be directly responsible for the single most important aspect of our business: figuring out how to make OneSchema grow. This is a strategic role that requires analytical skill, but also the ability to communicate with our customers and deeply understand their needs and how to reach them. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work on the strategy and execution behind growing our customer base.
You’ll be responsible for experimentation, and there’s a strong technical bent to this role as you’ll be setting up the systems to measure and execute experiments at scale. The ideal candidate has a hacker’s mentality full of curiosity and creativity. You’re flexible, scrappy, and love to hustle. You hold yourself to an extremely high standard; you’re outcome-oriented and aren’t satisfied unless you’ve hit your KPIs.
You’ll be responsible for our content strategy, paid social ads, search engine marketing, newsletter and podcast sponsorships, events marketing, conference strategy, and more. You’ll also have ownership over our product marketing efforts, which include building direct relationships with our customers and creating case studies, working with product & engineering to understand how features work (+how to best frame them to customers), and improving our website conversion rates.
As a founding member of our GTM team, the ability to operate autonomously is an absolute must. You’ll own our marketing budget, measure, and be accountable to core KPIs.
