About the team
The Online Publishing team aims to empower authors and bring great books to a worldwide audience. We use not only our data strength but also our promotional advantages to help writers find their target readers and make their books viral both online and offline.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the editorial and marketing teams;
• Lay out book acquisition and marketing campaign plans, responsible for team delivery and marketing performance;
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
• 5+ years' proven experience in marketing, preferably in the publishing industry;
• Must have a deep understanding of social media book trends and the publishing industry;
• Prior experience of team management;
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
