Job Title: Financial Analyst – Offshore (Philippines)

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Reports to: Sr. Director, FP&A

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This offshore role, based in the Philippines, will focus on Vena report development and administration, Power BI dashboarding, Excel report consolidation and automation, and PowerPoint slide updates for executive presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, exceptional technical skills in Vena, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vena Report Development & Administration
    • Administer and maintain Vena, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports.
    • Develop and enhance Vena reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Vena system usage.
  • Power BI Dashboarding
    • Design, create, and manage Power BI dashboards that provide key insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Excel Report Consolidation & Automation
    • Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring the accuracy of data.
    • Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
  • PowerPoint Slide Updates
    • Update and refine PowerPoint presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.
    • Collaborate with the FP&A team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and data integration processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
