Onsite Support Engineer - Start ASAP - BGC

• Install, monitor, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.
• Handle network administration tasks.
• Perform root-cause analysis in resolving technical issues.
• Manage and monitor licenses of business applications.
• Manage, operate and monitor the cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate for IT security and compliance.
• Support the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, information technology or a related field is preferable.
• 6 months to 1year relevant experience
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Requires minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite 5x a week and can start ASAP.
