This role will require relocation as it is a based in VIRGINIA and is 100% onsite. Relocation packages are offered.TOP 50% OF SALES REPS EARNING $250-400K+!!!Uncapped commission, Full Benefits Package, Relocation Assistance, etc.As a Sales person for our client, a leader in real estate platforms and solutions, you'll play a kay role serving as a strategic resource to commercial and residential realtors. By learning about their business and client base you will help them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives with this subscription based solution. With captivating presentations, you'll guide prospective clients to subscribe to our client’s innovative platform and elevate their marketing objectives. Comprehensive training ensures you're well-prepared to embody their brand with pride.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Partnership: Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective clients to drive advertising revenue with their subscription model.• Business Expansion: Leverage daily outbound calls to generate new business leads and successfully close deals.• Virtual Presentations: Present the value of the client’s offering with engaging virtual presentations.• Proactive Achievement: ExceedKPI's, monthly sales goals, and performance metrics.• Collaborative Spirit: Work closely alongside colleagues to collectively increase revenue• Client-Centric Focus: Exude top-notch customer support, tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure those solutions are successful• Essential Criteria: Completed Bachelor’s Degree from a Non-Profit Institution• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate.• Proven and demonstrable success in a corporate sales environment.• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from new to existing client partnerships.• Results-driven mindset with analytical capabilities.• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
