Product Development Manager

  • Leads the transformation of user pain points into actionable product ideas, initiate/execute product initiatives while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications, product strategy, and overall objectives of the business.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to make sure that our product meets the right customers, appeals to them, have them convert, and remain loyal.
  • Collaborate with developers and UX/UI designers to launch and optimize products in a timely manner to serve business vision
  • Oversee product releases to ensure effective alignment between product and go-to-market teams.
  • Define the Product Strategy and roadmap to fulfill and meet the company’s KPIs/OKRs based on the following:
    • Continuous analysis of our metrics at every level (acquisition, retention, conversion, revenue, referral etc).
    • Analysis of customer research data
    • Analysis of the inputs comes from all our business units and their corresponding managers
    • Effective brainstorming sessions contribute to the generation of new ideas that push the boundaries of what’s possible within the team.
    • The inputs and alignment with the C-Level
  • Build, mentor, and manage a product team including product managers, and UXUI designers, and nurture a customer-driven product culture
  • Manages requirements, and backlogs for product deliveries in Agile format
  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner, or Product Manager for 2+ years
  • Strongly passionate to drive the mental health industry to become successful in Thailand
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Must be comfortable with asynchronous communication via Discord, Notion, and JIRA
