About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and multi-agent systems.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services that power our advanced AI and multi-agent platforms in Nowutalk.
This role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art technologies and contribute to the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.

Must Have:

Python expertise: Proven experience in developing robust, scalable backend services using Python.
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines.
Experience with multi-agent systems, including frameworks like LangChain or similar.
Hands-on experience with TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) technologies.
Proficiency in developing secure and efficient RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of micro-services architecture and best practices for scalability and performance.
Experience with advanced data processing techniques for optimizing model inference.
Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment.
Understanding of coordination protocols for multi-agent architectures.
Prior experience working with high-performance AI-driven systems.
