OP Labs, a Public Benefit Corporation building Optimism mainnet, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiting Lead to attract and hire top technical talent in the Ethereum L2 space.

Skills

  • 12+ years of recruiting experience with 5+ years in people management.
  • Proven track record in recruiting niche technical and executive talent.
  • Deep understanding of the technical landscape and challenges in the crypto space.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership on all aspects of the hiring process and headcount planning.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
  • Measure and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruiting efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical talent in the crypto space.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
