Proven track record in recruiting niche technical and executive talent.
Deep understanding of the technical landscape and challenges in the crypto space.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership on all aspects of the hiring process and headcount planning.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
Measure and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruiting efforts.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical talent in the crypto space.
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
