Our mission is to remove barriers and enhance access to quality education for all Australians – irrespective of age, location, life circumstance or previous experience. As a not-for-profit organisation, we’ve got our students’ best interests at heart. We have guided more than 500,000 students to explore, choose, and enrol in one of the 1,000 and growing courses listed on the OUA marketplace from 27 leading Australian universities.
We embrace the principles of aligned autonomy and agility to guide our operations. Our culture is built on values that prioritise Acting for Customers, Continuously Improve, and Caring for Each Other.
To support our university partners reach a diverse national audience, OUA has expanded the utilisation of our marketing services, providing a complementary channel for student acquisition and enhancing their national reach. The Business Development Manager plays a key role in expanding the range of programs available on our marketplace, improving student choice and ensuring we offer programs that meet marketplace demand.
Your primary responsibility is to enable more universities to leverage OUA’s services by identifying, developing, and converting new partnership opportunities. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Portfolio, you will create and execute a 12-month partner acquisition plan, targeting both existing partners and universities that are not yet part of OUA’s network.
