Additionally, the Facilities team is a close partner in multi-functional projects to further improve the comfort and usability of our workspace.
About the Role
This is an IT Support role that focuses on two key areas: ticket resolution and AV support. You'll spend half your time handling tickets—resolving issues in a timely manner—and the other half supporting AV setups and events, particularly high-profile ones. This includes troubleshooting AV issues, assisting with AV events, and ensuring seamless execution for VIPs and executives.
You’ll need to be comfortable working under pressure, adapting to rapidly changing situations, and maintaining a professional demeanor around senior leadership. A strong background in AV support is essential, with experience using systems like Google Meet, Zoom, and Cisco.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Proven experience in AV support, particularly with event setups.
Familiarity with Google Meet, Zoom, and Cisco systems.
The ability to manage multiple tickets and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly when handling AV setups in high-pressure situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism around VIPs and executives.
Experience with ticketing systems and IT troubleshooting processes.
A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role requires 5 days per week onsite in San Francisco.
