Product Manager, Model Customization

About the Role 

Customers seek the smartest models with optimal cost and latency. Fine-tuning models for large-scale applications is highly effective for this purpose. We are searching for a Product Manager (PM) to define and lead the product direction for our model customization offerings. This role involves deep collaboration with engineering and research teams to develop a powerful, intuitive customization suite, as well as with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to maximize global impact.

This position is based in San Francisco, CA, and operates under a hybrid work model with three days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is available for new hires.

In this role, you will:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI research by crafting the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans.

• Translate user feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications.

• Utilize data to understand user needs and inform future product development.

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including research, product design, and engineering teams.

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Have over 6 years of product management or related industry experience.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

• Possess proven experience in a technical environment, working with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, define requirements, and navigate key milestones.

• Enjoy building products from scratch.

• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills, along with exceptional communication abilities.
