The Workplace Operations team is responsible for elevating the employee experience through different delineations of the industry (Facilities, Operations, Experience) to support our growing company in its mission to ensure that AGI benefits all of humanity. As a Workplace Project Coordinator, you will support project-based requests and move-related issues from an FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) perspective for our San Francisco Headquarters. You will assist in expanding our office footprint over the next several years, ensuring the smooth operation of daily functions and event-related furniture needs.
We’re looking for people who are dynamic, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks within tight timelines. You should have a passion for project management and the ability to coordinate with vendors effectively. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA, and will be in office 5 days per week. We offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:
Develop a scalable furniture inventory system for a growing company.
Standardize fixtures and line up a faster furniture procurement vendor.
Own and update a portion of the floor plan space, including AutoCAD files and drawings.
Support daily operations and event-related furniture requests.
Engage in minor project requests within the greater workplace.
Act as coverage and support for large 2000+ employee moves within the MAC team.
Coordinate with vendors, especially for small project-based engagements.
Implement value engineering to complete tasks efficiently and creatively.
