ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are building out a world-class Business Operations team to drive mission-critical initiatives and unblock the next phase of hyper-growth for OpenStore. In this role, you will support the Operations organization owning the research, ideation, planning and execution of new product launches for our fashion & Home goods frequent drop-based brands. You will be a guiding force to our Marketing and Design teams, and you will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Product and Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Own new product launches end-to-end: analysis, research, conceptualization and planning of new product development based on the retail calendar and different brand guidelines
Stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to guide design choices and provide informed customer recommendations
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of private label and new product development initiatives, in particular with storefronts, marketing and Creative Studio team
Build a scalable process to efficiently launch new products across our portfolio, specifically for ‘Print on Demand’ brands

WHAT YOU HAVE:
Experience in sourcing/ buying/merchandising ideally for Print on Demand, Apparel or electronics
Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and inspire your creative work
Excellent communication skills with a track record of improving efficiency
Creative thinker with problem solving skills
Ready and willing to learn new skill sets and software as needed
Experience at a high growth DTC company is a plus
