ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Product Marketing Manager to join our go to market team, reporting directly into our Head of Growth. In this role, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go to market strategy, with a focus on driving product led growth. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B marketing experience and excel working in a fast-paced startup environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science, to define and prioritize key market segments, target customers, and value propositions.
Drive product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to target audiences.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, events, and partnerships, to generate demand and accelerate customer acquisition.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Champion a product-led growth mindset and strategy, leveraging product capabilities and user experiences to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in B2B product marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS solutions.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices, with experience in targeting and acquiring SMB customers.
Demonstrated expertise in establishing and implementing product-led growth strategies, with a focus on driving user adoption and retention.
Analytically rigorous, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with a hands-on approach and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
