CHG Healthcare is on the lookout for an Operations Excellence Specialist to elevate our Enterprise Client Solutions division. In this position, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our team's operational efficiency and fostering consistent best practices. Your everyday responsibilities will encompass streamlining our operational processes, establishing uniform contract guidelines, and assisting in the formulation of competitive pricing strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to refining our deal desk operations and collaborate closely with various departments, playing a leading role further elevating our team.
Responsibilities
  • Operational Standards: You'll establish the guidelines for our operational processes, ensuring consistency across the Enterprise Client Solutions division. This involves designing a comprehensive framework that facilitates process efficiency, improved outcomes, and team compliance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll serve as a central hub, linking diverse teams together. In this role, you'll identify areas of collaboration, enhance interdepartmental teamwork, and tackle existing challenges to foster unified and efficient operations.
  • Deal Desk Management: Your role involves enhancing our deal desk operations, ensuring alignment with our operational standards. This includes developing robust contract standards and devising innovative pricing structures for non-standard scenarios, all aimed at boosting efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: In partnership with our lean team, you'll identify and implement process improvements. This role underscores the importance of smart work and fosters a culture of continuous enhancement, aimed at advancing our operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, with an ability to dissect complex data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Process Improvement Experience: Demonstrated experience with Lean or other process improvement methodologies, capable of identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively across multiple teams and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead projects, with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in healthcare or similar industries
Preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Previous experience in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with contract management and pricing strategy.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Prior experience in a deal desk operation role.
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $56,800 - $137,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
