We are looking for an experienced Operational Resiliency Manager based in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers a flexible hybrid work environment where you will have a blend of office days and remote working days during the week.

Position Summary
Paysafe is in the process of continuously enhancing its Operational Resiliency program across the Enterprise. As a member of the Operational Resiliency team, you will be a professional with strong skills and a proven track record of supporting implementation and management of Business Continuity and Crisis Management Framework for a global organization.

The Operational Resiliency Manager is responsible for the creation, training, testing, reporting and maintenance of plans & BIAs to ensure both regulatory/contractual compliance and business continuity; i.e. improving overall organizational resilience and ensuring continuity of the core payment processes in case of natural disasters safety threats, cyber threats, and human failures.


The Operational Resiliency Manager will collaborate with the Head of Operational Resiliency, all departments, on both business processes and IT, taking a risk-based approach to ensure that we maintain efficient and effective controls for Business Continuity Management (BCM). The Manager will minimize the potential impact of a risk materializing, by conducting assessments and putting requirements in place to protect the business from continuity related incidents.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain regional BCM and Crisis Management framework for the group
  • Drive improvements & embed best practice in the region they are responsible for
  • Ensure policies and standards are adhered to
  • Enhance and maintain the BCM, underlying plans, and associated documentation
  • Support Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for the group processes, and interdependences, and using this information to determine continuity requirements and priorities
  • Perform risk assessments to identify the causes of a business interruption, and ensure that appropriate controls are implemented to reduce or eliminate identified risks, including those associated with external critical suppliers
  • Escalate business continuity risks as appropriate and coordinate mitigating responses
  • Report regularly on the overall status of BCM and improvement plans
  • Maintain Site Evacuation Plans, Incident Management Plans
  • Recommend recovery strategies and options, and assisting with the implementation of solutions and testing
  • Coordinate the BCM activities within organization and work closely with the ITDR manager to ensure that disaster recovery plans for critical systems and applications are consistent with developed BCM plans.
  • Coordinate and report on the BCM testing program, actively participating in testing scenarios and the creation of BCM risk treatment plans.
  • Maintain BCM Planning documentation, ensuring training for all stakeholders in BCM
  • Establish and support the Head of Op Res in assisting departments with BCM budgets and activities
  • Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide subject matter expertise on operational resiliency/business continuity to include appropriate legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide expertise and support to management when a business disruption occurs.
  • Develop training materials on BCM tool to internal stakeholders
  • Assisting Crisis Management training, management and testing


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of management information system, business administration or related degree with certificate from a recognized professional BCM body (BCCE or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Business Continuity Management / Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management
  • Good knowledge of ISO 22301
  • Project / Program Management skills - demonstrable track record successfully managing projects at the highest technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks and controls
  • Exceptional risks and issues management, change control
  • Good communicator
  • Excellent command of English (verbal/written)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management
  • Ability to work with a global team
  • Energetic, Self-starter, Flexible and Goal-oriented
  • Business minded, well-organized team worker with strong problem solving and leadership skills
  • Other significant role requirements
  • Accountability – once committed, the BCM plan MUST be delivered on time, every time, and to the highest quality possible
  • Demonstrates a passion to achieve, setting high standards for self and others
  • Proactively looks for opportunities to make improvements to enhance BCM plan effectiveness
  • There will be travelling required to other locations for Paysafe
  • Able to share information and know-how within the team
