We are looking for a proactive and effective communicator as our Operations Associate who is passionate and shows a lot of grit when it comes to helping people elevate their careers and Rise up. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

Expectations and Deliverables

• Be a part of Rise's operational backbone!
• Monitor KPIs and business drivers, highlighting trends, and analyzing what is (and is not) working
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
• Support product implementations as necessary
