Operations Associate

Full time, permanent role with 2 days (Tues/Wed) in the office

Role Purpose

Lantum is hiring an Operations Associate to manage and support our Urgent Care clients, consisting of Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) and Out of Hours (OOH) sites, and ensure they are able to maximise the value they get from Lantum’s platform.

More information about Urgent Care organisations can be found here, but these types of clients are responsible for delivering high-quality care, often in high-pressure environments. Many organisations provide 24/7 care and therefore rely heavily on temporary or flexible staffing. Lantum is responsible for ensuring that all their staffing requirements are met.

This role will manage Lantum’s Urgent Treatment Centre clients, ensuring they fully utilise Lantum’s platform and working towards a 100% shift fulfilment rate.

The day-to-day duties of the role consist of liaising directly with clinicians and UTC rota managers, following our internal launch process to ensure Urgent Care clients are set up on our platform, as well as participating in clinician engagement campaigns. On top of this, the role also includes technical support and training for our clients to ensure they get the most out of the Lantum platform. It requires someone who is highly organised, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a fantastic relationship manager.

Requirements

Success in the role

  • Manage the portfolio of Lantum’s UTC clients, maximising the value Lantum provides to clients
  • Be the first point of contact for all UTC clients, providing excellent support on a technical and account management level
  • Efficient to action platform requests from clients e.g uploading their rotas to Lantum, actioning pending applications
  • Manage the setup and launch process of new UTC clients
  • Updating and maintaining customer records in Salesforce, Confluence and the Lantum platform
  • Work in partnership with Lantum’s Operations team to action outreach (phone and email) campaigns that cultivate a network of clinicians for Urgent Care clients to support continuity of care
  • Collaborate with Lantum’s Customer Operations team to identify blockers and points of interest from a UTC clients perspective to help ensure that staff banks are sufficient and engaged
  • Maximise revenue generated from clients by promoting and developing opportunities for upsells, helping to minimise client churn

About you

  • Proven track record in a hands-on delivery-focused/operational or client-facing role
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing relationships with clients (2+ years), with a passion for helping them get the most out of their partnership
  • Confident and charismatic when speaking with clients and clinicians over the phone
  • Highly organised, exceptional attention to detail and enjoy designing, following and innovating processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other teams to deliver on the client's expectations
  • Able to thrive working under pressure in a fast paced environment, exhibiting a bounce-back ability when things don’t go as planned
  • Proactive mindset - spotting trends in the data to highlight potential issues, creating action plans to mitigate risks ahead of time
  • An interest in how technology can improve efficiency within the healthcare sector
  • Previous experience with CRM, analytical and email marketing software (desirable)
