Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center
Keep systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information
Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives
Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment
Support various operational projects as they arise
