Qualifications

A Brief Overview
The Operations Coordinator supports our regional delivery teams by leading the staffing of won projects. The Operations Coordinator will be the proactively monitor projects and staffing requests for risks and will be the initial point of identification of risks for delivery and staffing challenges. This position will report to an Engineering Operations Manager or other regional senior manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Tracking and management of project engineering risks and issues
- Attends internal kick off calls
- Provides feedback on process improvements
- Monitors and integrates with project teams to include Project Managers
- Understanding documentation deliverables for multiple small projects
- Demonstrated skill with SmartSheets
- Identify delivery staffing and escalations
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- General understanding of project scope, and objectives
- Basic understanding of project team roles and functions to effectively assist in coordinating activities/tasks
- Follow best practices and ensure that requirements are met and documented
- Document staffing risks, assumptions, and constraints and aid in implementing approved actions and workarounds designed to mitigate
- Assist in managing engineering impacts due to changes in project scope and schedule
- Ensure that all risks are captured, resolved and/or escalated properly
- Actively participate in project meetings and follow up on action items
- Provide input regularly for status reports
- Ensures compliance with WWT's Delivery Methodology
