As the Operations Manager you will work with internal teams to design the customer’s coffee service programs. Provide frequent and regular communication with internal stakeholders regarding schedule changes (if any), overall status, any scope changes as requested by customer, etc. Create and develop KPIs and reporting to provide transparency and metrics distributed to the team.

Salary Range: DOE: $75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities

• Consistently and regularly review projects to engage in internal operational improvement impacting the following: profitability, timeliness, employee engagement, and/or customer satisfaction.
• Assisting team members with designing installation and service programs.
• Provide KPIs to internal stakeholders.
• Support, direct team and allocate resources by managing budgets and scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress and implement changes when necessary.
• Working cross-functionally with the sales and service organizations.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills to keep a multi-site project running consistently.
• Strong forecasting and organization skills to build and develop a schedule including major milestones.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to interface on a professional level with customers during conference calls and email communication.
• Must also be able to communicate with key internal stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Ability to suggest and implement process improvement to daily operations to capitalize on learnings.

Experience and Education:

• Preferred: PMP certification or in process, bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of operations/project management experience involving multiple locations or 5+ years project coordination with multiple sites.
