Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager you're tasked with building and maintaining operational excellence across ezyVet operations platforms. So, where exactly do you fit in? Your first assignment is supporting our COO managing a program of initiatives designed to optimize our operational efficiency. Starting with our Implementation service line and expanding over time the purpose is continuous improvement of our customers experience and success.
Implementation is our customer on boarding powerhouse, an integral part of our customers experience and the engine room to our expansive growth. Our teams of Implementation Specialists project manage onboarding customers adopting ezyVet & Vet Radar. They run training, configuration and in person go-live support all the way through to success. This is a global department servicing customers in loads of countries, navigating complex projects, scheduling and logistics. Mission one will be to improve the flow of value our implementation service line proved to our customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage programs of initiatives designed to improve what and how we operate
  • Drive and optimise global operations platforms and structure
  • Define and develop high quality performance metrics that promote an impactful customer experience
  • Assess, advise and deliver improvements to current business processes, methods and policies
  • Evolve appropriate reporting metrics to promote transparency around the things that really matter to the organization and our customers
  • Continuously assess tooling, processes and procedures to ensure we are fit for scaling

What will you bring?

  • Passion for customer experience!
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Tech savvy with an ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience with data management, mapping and analysis
  • Well practiced in the principles of operational excellence (https://blog.kainexus.com/improvement-disciplines/operational-excellence/what-it-takes-to-achieve-operational-excellence)
  • Desirable - expertise with agile practices such as backlog refinement, story mapping, stand ups & and retrospectives
  • Desirable - understanding of practice management in a healthcare or veterinary setting
