Responsibility Works… As an Operations Specialist (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist in the Managed Accounts Department in Chicago, IL.

What You’ll Do

As part of our managed accounts team, you will be responsible for the daily trade support and reconciliation, data integrity verification, customer service to both internal and external clients, client onboarding and new account initialization, and data and client reporting. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, brokers, SMA traders, and portfolio managers.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree; Business related major (Finance/Accounting) preferred.

· Experience in financial services or relevant coursework; 2 years of financial services industry experience in trade settlements preferred.

· Knowledge of domestic equity and fixed income settlement functions required; experience with sponsor systems arity with sponsor systems preferred.
