Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Job Summary:
Operational Support Technicians will be providing daily support of managed services contract at a client’s federal warehouse, which entails technical support, hardware support, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Hardware support—this includes testing of hardware, configuration of devices, installing and removing devices, cleaning and maintenance, and tier 1 diagnosis.
Inventory management—month end inventory count, reconciliation of count to software application, shipping and receiving responsibilities.
Travel to other sites will be required, as well as field installation, field recovery of units, and emergency response deployment. Approximately 25% of time per month.
Inventory, Device and Data Analysis.
Data Entry.
Data Collection.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Highly Detailed Oriented.
Timeliness every day, work hours are 7am-3:30pm.
A favorable Federal Background Investigation is required.
Other duties as assigned in relation to the Clients program.
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year of technical experience
Military background a plus.
Warehousing Experience a plus.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
