Operators Manager

The Operators Team Manager will work closely with an external service team operating back-end systems, supervise and manage daily work, record results and provide feedback to the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage operators and out-sourcing budget.
Plan and set goals for the team.
Conduct performance evaluations of operators.
Support operators with training and development activities.
Monitor team performance to ensure objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
3 years' experience desired.

Priority Qualifications:

Strong leadership skills for motivating the team and helping the team to strive for excellence.
Strong ability to pivot the team and objectives in order to meet the business’s changing goals.
Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to present data collected in a logical manner utilizing programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work well and contribute in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

Knowledge of defect tracking systems (i.e. Jira, etc.).
Experience managing projects with Agile Methodology.
