Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for NetSuite, providing on-going support to end users
  • Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite requests. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles to support business needs
  • Utilize NetSuite CSV imports to update or import new data into the system
  • Prioritize requests within the NetSuite Support Case queue and coordinate tasks with NetSuite’s Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team and the Internal NetSuite Support Team
  • Work with various teams to understand business needs and translate into technical or functional requirements for NetSuite developers
  • Manage upgrades twice yearly, including testing customizations in Release Preview
  • Staying up to date on NetSuite functionality and evaluating new features
  • Provide NetSuite training and documentation to users as needed
  • Support the internal and external audit process

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a NetSuite Administrator (3+ years), NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus
  • Has configured components of various complexity within the NetSuite environment
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize day to day tasks
  • Excels at problem solving with excellent communication skills

Pay Range: $50,000 - $180,000
