Manager of Risk Management (Analytics)

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in an Analytic role, preferably in risk management of the financial services industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or other analytical discipline
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with integrity and precision
• Experience with SQL/Python or SQL/SAS, and other programming languages

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance credit strategy for Unsecured Personal Loan products
• Design and implement new tests to optimize loan amount assignment strategy
• Monitor credit performance of loan portfolio and adjust risk strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with finance, legal & compliance, engineering, and other teams to deliver strategies

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or other analytical discipline
