Product Designer
Oportun, a digital banking platform, is seeking passionate and skilled Product Designers to join their team. The ideal candidates will work on consumer-facing products, leverage their creativity to solve real-world problems, and contribute to an inclusive design culture.
Skills
- 2-4 years of product design experience
- Experience in consumer-facing desktop and mobile products
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong online portfolio showcasing design skills
- Passion for product design and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of design systems and data-informed decision-making
- Good understanding of complementary design skills like motion design, prototyping, and UX writing
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define problem spaces
- Focus on simplicity and thoughtfulness in solutions
- Understand business and product needs
- Deliver high-quality visual design work
- Contribute to design culture and continuous improvement
- Iterate on designs based on feedback
