IT Compliance Manager

OppFi is looking for an IT Compliance Manager to oversee IT audit activities, establish processes, and ensure compliance with ITGC requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software engineering or IT risk management, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Skills

  • Experience in software engineering or IT risk management
  • Ability to write queries in SQL or other languages
  • Understanding of microservice architecture
  • Experience with cloud providers like AWS
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of agile software development methods

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate IT audit activities with internal and external teams
  • Establish processes for evidence collection and review
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize internal IT processes
  • Coordinate management response submissions and corrective actions
  • Prepare summaries/recaps of ITGC audit activities
  • Partner with Security Governance team to improve User Access Review process
  • Assist external auditors and regulatory examiners
  • Stay up to date with industry and regulatory changes
