As an Opportunity Manager, you'll play a vital part in our success.
You'll be the project manager for opportunities involving products such as SCM, 4PL, Warehousing and Distribution, and Cold Chain Logistics, as well as complex solutions with a long sales cycle. We're proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key responsibilities: Ensures smooth flow of request and ensure that SLAs are met.Ensures that the Quality of request is adhered to.Performs RCA of any error caused.Assists TLs in shift planning.Has responsibility for tagging of requests.Conducts deadlines negotiation for bulk requests.Maintains and sends all weekly productivity, performance, and process-related reports to the stakeholders and management as per requirements.Provides back-end support to front sales.May analyze requests from customers.We are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related preferred.Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Project Management within the Logistics industry.Stakeholder management experience.Excels working under pressure.Can work independently and in a team.Great leadership and analytical skills.Must be result driven.Working proficiency in written and spoken English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PowerBi.Salesforce experience will be an added advantage.You have been reading so far, we're glad to see you are interested.
