DevOps Architect

Optimiza is on the hunt for a skilled DevOps Architect to join our talented team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust DevOps architectures that enable seamless integration of development and operations processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies, drive automation, and improve deployment pipelines across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive DevOps strategies that align with business objectives and facilitate rapid delivery of software products.
• Lead the development of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to enhance deployment efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Architect cloud infrastructure solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to ensure scalability and performance.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging DevOps tools and technologies to strengthen our DevOps capabilities.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to establish best practices for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
• Implement security practices and policies throughout the DevOps lifecycle to safeguard our applications and data.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, implementing solutions to address inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong emphasis on architectural design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Extensive experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure architecture and management, specifically on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• In-depth knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly preferred.
