Office Manager & Executive Assistant
Opto Investments is seeking a highly motivated individual to be the Office Manager & Executive Assistant for their new Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a productive and engaging office environment while providing administrative support to engineering and product leadership.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to execute in a startup environment
- Discretion in handling sensitive data/situations
- Experience in executive assistance and event planning
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to engineering and product leadership
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate office buildout and day-to-day operations
- Assist in vendor partnerships and office events
- Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
Education
- 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
