Job Title: Clinical NurseJob Description:We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurses to join our healthcare team. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, preferences, and evidence-based practice guidelines.• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication safety protocols. Monitor patient responses to medications, assess for adverse effects, and intervene as needed.• Clinical Procedures: Perform a variety of clinical procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and specimen collection. Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to maintain patient safety and infection control.• Patient Education: Provide patient education on disease management, treatment options, medication adherence, and preventive care measures. Empower patients and their families to participate actively in their healthcare decisions and self-care practices.• Health Promotion and Prevention: Promote health and wellness through patient education, preventive screenings, and health counseling. Advocate for healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies to improve patient outcomes.• Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, specialists, therapists, and other healthcare providers. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.• Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and needs throughout the healthcare continuum. Address patient concerns, facilitate communication with healthcare providers, and promote shared decision-making.• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery, promote patient safety, and improve clinical outcomes. Contribute to data collection, analysis, and performance improvement activities as needed.Requirements:• Licensure: Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current and valid nursing license.• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). Advanced degrees or certifications in nursing specialty areas are desirable.• Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Experience in a specific clinical specialty may be required for certain positions.• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in nursing interventions and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of nursing principles, standards of practice, and evidence-based guidelines.
