The right candidate will energize the team, foster collaboration across the organization, and lead the drive toward high-caliber, high-performing products in our data centers and at our client sites. Our responsibilities don’t end with design; we advocate our functionality through demonstration, documentation, and curriculum, liaising with third parties as well as our clients in a cycle of continual improvement of our product offerings.You are seeking to shape the experience of the users of our software as well as that of the teams around the world implementing our products. Your attention to detail is renowned; your business logic design skills mean that you leave no loose ends, but you are pragmatic in your choices. You are used to the bulkiness of enterprise software for a complex, highly regulated industry, but you have the drive to challenge the enterprise software status quo. You thrive on being hands-on in the software, and you look for opportunities to improve the way things work.
