In this role, you will:• Design, develop, and maintain large language models (LLMs) tailored for specific applications, ensuring they meet the high standards required for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate these models into our cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.• Conduct rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the models' accuracy and efficiency in real-world scenarios.• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying innovative techniques and methodologies to continually enhance our systems.• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior team members, nurturing a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.• Engage with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.• Manage the full lifecycle of LLM projects, from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.This role demands a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also a collaborative team player, able to lead and inspire, and driven to make a significant impact in the field of AI and cloud computing.Key Required Skills• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on AI and machine learning applications.• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.• Extensive knowledge of large language models and natural language processing techniques.• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software products within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.QualificationsDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $94,200 - $223,500 per year.
