Job DescriptionThe NetSuite AI team is looking for a seasoned product manager who can take a key role in defining the application of state of-the-art AI technologies to real enterprise problems. You will be the product leader defining the product vision, strategy and go-to-market, working with our customers to understand their vision and requirements. You will partner closely with our engineering, data science, research, UX, field & marketing to design and build a product that customers need and love.A successful candidate will bring a passion for innovative products, strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with both customers and internal teams. Our team consists of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, different professional and life experiences, who support each other to build things the right way and enjoy our vacation time.Career Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesAs part of the NetSuite AI Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing innovative AI capabilities for our customers. Responsibilities include the following:- Define product strategy and roadmap to deliver experiences that our customers love- Partner with NetSuite domain teams (ERP, HCM, etc.) to identify and execute on opportunities opened by AI technologies.- Define and analyze key engagement and quality of service metrics- Have a deep understanding of the AI market and industry trends- Ability to work across teams in a large organization- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a great collaborator- Be our product evangelist - engage directly with customers and partners, participate and present in external events and conferences, etc.Your Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in program / product management- Experience translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for customer-facing online products/services- Experience with application of AI to enterprise scenarios- Able to understand and write code for customer samples- Excellent written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications :- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field- Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success- Experience with NetSuite or business SaaS software- Experience in the information retrieval space (Elasticsearch, SOLR, Lucene, or other search technologies)- Customer focus with experience working with enterprise customers and developersDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum.
