Job DescriptionAt Oracle, we are seeking a results-driven Sr. Product Strategy Director to lead the product strategy for our Oracle Textura product suite. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the product vision, development, and go-to-market strategy. Your deep understanding of the construction industry, construction project financials, and expertise in product management will enable you to transform our product offerings to meet and exceed customer needs.Textura is an industry-leading construction management platform that streamlines and automates critical processes such as payments, invoices, and compliance. As the Sr. Product Strategy Director, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and develop innovative product strategies.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Define long-term product strategy and vision for the Textura product suite, collaborating with executive teams to align goals and ensure growth initiatives.Conduct in-depth market research, analyze customer needs, and translate findings into actionable product strategies to drive product innovation.Collaborate with teams comprising product management, engineering, design, client services, sales, and marketing to drive product development and successful product launches.Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and insights, and represent customer needs internally to drive product innovation.Oversee the long-range product lifecycle, including prioritization, product release planning, and go-to-market strategy for strategic level themes.Monitor performance metrics and competitor products to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and collateral to support customer adoption and sales growth.Proven Experience and Skills:Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Technology.Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Masters) in Business or Technology is a plus.Minimum of 10 years of experience in product strategy and financial management, with a focus on SaaS or Construction Technology products.Deep understanding of the construction industry, including procurement and contracting processes, financial controls, and project management.Strong understanding of Capital Project Accounting, Cost Accounting, financial management in the Construction industryStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.Experience working with product management and engineering teams to define and execute on product development roadmaps.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and customer insights to inform product decisions.Experience working with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and successfully launch products.Proficiency in working with Agile methodologies to deliver software products.We Value:Integrity: We believe in doing the right thing, always.Innovation: We thrive on being at the forefront of innovation in our industry.Agility: We move fast and adapt to the changing needs of our customers and market trends.Inclusion: We foster an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas.Accountability: We take ownership and deliver on our commitments to customers and stakeholders.Collaboration: We believe in the power of teamwork and working together to achieve great things.If you have the passion, expertise, and drive to lead the product strategy for our industry-leading construction management platform, we want to hear from you. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.• 11 paid holidays• Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year.
