We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the OHAI team, someone who is enthusiastic about developing products in the Oracle Health domain.This role requires navigating a dynamic field with numerous uncertainties and rapidly integrating into a fast-paced team with various stakeholders. In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for managing the execution of Oracle Health & Financial Data Exchange projects, which often involve multiple Oracle Health products. You'll collaborate with a wide range of partners, including senior executives, architects, product managers, development and design teams, and external partners. Your role will be to transform ideas into fully developed products and deliver them to some of the most demanding customers. The ideal candidate will start with the customer in mind, thrive on tackling complex and often ambiguous challenges in a collaborative and agile setting, and demonstrate a keen interest in creativity and innovative solutions. You should be capable of leading discussions with Operations, engineers, and product managers, influencing partners to achieve optimal results, and showing empathy towards both customers and engineering teams.Career Level - IC4
