As a Sales Operations Analyst within the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, your role is crucial in providing high-quality analysis and sales process improvements to support Sales and Sales Engineering (SEs) teams. You should be adept at analyzing large data sets and translating them into actionable business insights for executive presentations. Experience in previous business analysis roles that... drove system enhancements is highly valued.
In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to document current business processes, redesign them, and use data and analytical insights to drive strategic initiatives. Your primary focus will be on improving sales productivity and enhancing processes to support daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and design processes for SaaS and Tech cloud business to support sales in selling
• Gain an in-depth understanding existing of Oracle BI platforms, such as Sales Intelligence
• Drive improvements and enhancements in new sales applications and technology
• Support extensive process improvement projects and strategic initiatives, such as new SaaS applications, SaaS and Tech Consumption Analysis, SE processes, and more
• Leverage data to drive business recommendations, provide strategic insights, and take charge of execution
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related
• Three years of professional work experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Analytics and reporting experience – Excel, BI/SI tools, Apex, etc.
• Good self-organization, multi-tasking ability
• Attention to detail, methodical and accurate
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
